Full payment for all bookings will be charged at the time of booking. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, excluding American Express. All bookings will include a temporary membership fee per person per night. Full existing members of Hosteling Scotland and HI using these channels are not entitled to a membership refund. Individual reservations up to 9 people can be canceled free of charge until 3 days before the arrival date. If canceled within the 3 days before the arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged. When booking for 10 people or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. For stays of more than 8 weeks (57 days or more) 20% of total cost, for stays of 8–4 weeks (56–29 days) 55% of total cost, and for stays of 4–0 weeks (28–0 day) 100% of total cost. Should guests be entitled to a refund or partial refund, please note that these are processed by Hosteling Scotland National Office, Stirling. It may take 7 to 10 working days from the date of the cancelation request for the refund to be processed back onto the original card used. Guests traveling with children must inform the property at the time of booking. Please note that guests aged 12–15 years old are not allowed in shared dormitories without a parent or guardian of the same gender. Please note that guests under 12 years old are not allowed in shared dormitories and must book a private room. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Crianlarich Youth Hostel of your expected arrival time in advance.
